After 20 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, with assignments around the world, I discovered a new mission: helping others grow. Nearly a decade ago, I began coaching with the Tom Ferry organization and later launched my own coaching business. My passion is mentoring, teaching, and guiding people toward transformation and success. I’m a proud father of three, inspired daily by the memory of my youngest son, a wildland firefighter. I’m also blessed to share life with my wife, and together we’re living our dream.
